Do you enjoy discipling women? Your gifts in teaching, discipleship, organization, counseling and mentoring can bless women who are hungry for spiritual encouragement.

We need flexible, relational and team-oriented women to develop and model a discipleship ministry that can be multiplied. Madrid, Béjar, Badajoz or Cáceres.

Are you business-minded? Use your professional skills and experience in a business context cross-culturally.

Currently, we have a need for a professional who could take a growing English Academy to the next level, possibly franchising the business. There also exists the possibility of exploring other BAM projects to serve as part of church-planting teams in Madrid, Badajoz and Cáceres.

Do you love keeping up with new technology? Can you be creative and resourceful under less-than-ideal circumstances? Use your technical talents and problem-solving skills in support of church-planting teams in Madrid or Badajoz.

Come alongside nationals and train them in technology as you go. Tasks could include creating and maintaining web sites, using mobile phones and radio for evangelism and training, and providing computer training and support to missionaries.

Are you a people-person who would enjoy encouraging and mentoring your fellow missionaries? Use your communication and organizational skills to help mobilize new workers for cross-cultural ministry. You will be a liaison between field teams and World Team Sending Centers. Continue reading →

Share your love for Jesus and your spiritual gifts as part of a church planting team among people groups with little or no knowledge of the gospel.

Cultivate your passion for making disciples and bringing them into community so that they can, in turn, reach out to others. Find your place on a team in Madrid, Béjar, Badajoz or Cáceres.

It speaks to young people in a language they understand. Sport can create hope where once there was only despair. It is more powerful than government in breaking down racial barriers.”

Use your athletic gifting and love for sports as a way to build relationships and share God’s love. You will have the opportunity to join a local sports team to build community and be a light. There may be opportunity to teach fitness classes to people in the community or coach a local team. All the work is with the desire to see people come to know Christ and form a community of people who love Jesus and love sport.

Use your creative gifts to glorify the Creator! Your artistic skills can be an invaluable contribution to a church-planting team. Music, drama and the visual arts are tools for sharing the gospel and building relationships.

They are instrumental in creating new channels for evangelism and discipleship in and around Alberquerque, Badajoz, Cáceres and Madrid.

We are looking for people passionate about building relationships with college aged volunteers. Work with students attending five major universities in Naga City or in Caramoan. Join us in Campus ministry as we endeavor to reach over 50,000 students with the Gospel of Christ.

As an administrator, you will provide finance, bookkeeping, accounting and organizational support to the team. You will also spearhead the residency process and act as a liaison between the Federation of Evangelical Religious Entities in Spain and the field members. This position allows participation in other ministry areas of interest to you on a church planting team.
