Candidates should be learners as well as teachers with the ability to adapt to different ministry environments. Use your medical skills as part of a multi-national team proclaiming the love of Christ through excellent nurse practitioner training. World Team is looking for doctors and nurse practitioners to provide training in the Nurse Practitioner School in Cayes.

As a medical provider, you will learn to communicate in a culturally sensitive way. Adaptability and flexibility are character traits needed for medical roles as you will work with less than perfect equipment and systems. The ability to share knowledge with others and train them to offer health services will be part of your ministry. Along with providing quality medical training, you will be involved in discipleship and spiritual leadership training.

Equipping and empowering national leaders is an essential part of establishing churches that will grow and multiply. Are you an experienced ministry leader who is willing to lead from the sidelines?

Ideal candidates will be authentic and humble servant-leaders who can share personal successes as well as failures. This role requires a rapid adopter of new ideas — someone who can take risks and use their critical thinking skills to evaluate missiological and innovative strategies for the Haitian church to continue planting multiplying churches within Haiti and cross-culturally.

The arts are instrumental in creating new channels for evangelism, discipleship and training. Come use your creative gifts to glorify the Creator.

Your artistic skills can be an invaluable contribution to a ministry training team. Music, drama and the visual arts are tools for sharing the gospel, teaching God’s Word and building relationships.

Help communicate the Lord’s work in Haiti to prayer and financial supporters and future missionaries! Use your experience in social media to support and advance the multiplication of disciples and communities of believers in Haiti.

Tasks could include creating and maintaining a social media presence, as well as training leaders on the effective use of social media.

Your gifts in teaching, discipleship, organization, counseling and mentoring can bless women who are hungry for spiritual encouragement. 

We need flexible, relational and team-oriented women to develop and model a discipleship ministry that can be multiplied in either rural or urban settings in France.
