Equipping and empowering national leaders is an essential part of establishing churches that will grow and multiply. Ideal candidates will be authentic and humble servant-leaders who are able to share personal successes as well as failures.

This role requires a rapid adopter of new ideas — someone who can take risks and use their critical thinking skills to evaluate missiological and innovative strategies. One of our opportunities is to teach at SETMEX- a local Theological/Church Planting training center and seminary.
