During the application and candidate orientation week, you will explore our shared vision, values, doctrine, and goals of our ministry. With prayerful reflection, we will determine where your gifts and talents best match existing or new ministries within World Team. Upon your joining us, we will provide you with the training and support you need to prepare you for your new missions role.
